Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
- Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns unless defective.

- Please provide your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
